Better Version Lab (BVL) is a premier cosmetic surgery tourism company specializing in high-quality aesthetic treatment for clients who aspire to look and feel their best. In the process of launching its brand and services, BVL faced significant challenges, including:
Establishing a strong presence in competitive U.S. and European markets
Differentiating from other medical tourism providers and competition
Creating a personalized patient experience while maintaining brand consistency
Developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy with limited resources and time
BVL’s mission to “enhance lives through world-class cosmetic procedures, combining medical excellence with holistic, personalized care and a rich cultural experience” resonated with me. I saw an opportunity to use my skills and experience to help BVL tackle these challenges and reach its goals through a creatively driven and AI-enabled approach to brand marketing.
THE SOLUTION
Working from my experience in digital transformation and creative direction, I developed a comprehensive solution that uses AI technology while prioritizing human involvement.
1. Brand Strategy and Positioning
We began by defining BVL’s brand strategy and positioning. By using AI-assisted market research and data analysis, we uncovered key elements of target audience preferences. We used sentiment analysis to refine the brand’s tagline, “Discover the Better You,” to ensure that it resonated with the target audience while simultaneously portraying BVL’s commitment to providing top-tier care.
2. Visual Identity Development
Using generative AI tools, we created multiple variations of logo designs and visual elements. The final logo – a tulip icon representing both transformation and Turkey’s national flower – resulted from human creativity guided by AI-generated insights.
AI color theory analysis also helped generate the “Mediterranean Dream” color palette, representing the serene and transformative journey patients would experience. This palette was then implemented across all brand touchpoints.
3. Personalized Website Experience
A blended approach combining human-written and AI-generated content helped us quickly create a content-rich website and marketing materials. This allowed us to:
Create SEO-optimized copy that aligned with BVL’s brand voice and messaging
Develop a library of patient stories and educational content about cosmetic procedures
