THE CLIENT

Better Version Lab (BVL) is a Turkey-based cosmetic surgery startup operating in a $40.2 billion medical tourism market that is increasingly hyper-saturated and low-trust. BVL’s founder set out to establish the brand as the “Gold Standard” for Western patients by moving beyond the “medical mill” stereotype and combining elite surgical precision with seamless, Mediterranean hospitality. The brand faced the formidable task of convincing skeptical U.S. and EU patients to bypass established local options for a new, unproven brand abroad—all within a 90-day launch window.

THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

THE SOLUTION

I. Safety-led Brand Positioning

BVL was positioned as a safety-led destination for cosmetic surgery rather than a discount procedure provider. Audience insights revealed that prospective patients sought confidence and control rather than perfection.

The campaign “Discover the Better You” reframed aesthetic procedures as a journey of personal renewal grounded in dignity and choice.

A Mediterranean-inspired visual identity reinforced this positioning. The tulip—Turkey’s national flower—served as the brand symbol, representing transformation and personal growth while balancing clinical credibility with warmth and aspiration.

Messaging was tailored for multiple stakeholders, including patients (safety and outcomes), referring physicians (credentials and continuity of care), and care partners responsible for travel logistics and recovery support.

II. Agentic AI Content Studio & Website

To support rapid global launch, we deployed an agentic AI creative studio with compliance embedded in production workflows.

A multilingual website served as the trust-building front door for international patients, tailoring journeys for U.S., EU, and GCC audiences.

Educational content and patient stories explained procedures, risks, and recovery pathways, replacing uncertainty with informed confidence.

A 24/7 AI chatbot supported inquiry management across time zones, answering common questions and routing qualified leads to clinical consultants. Agentic AI accelerated campaign production while human oversight ensured clinical accuracy and cultural nuance.

With brand credibility established, BVL deployed a data-driven demand generation engine optimized for rapid scaling.
